I have known Sean for a number of years now and when it came time to acquire a real estate agent in Nanaimo for the central island he was my first thought. It began with a commercial piece of property on E.Wellington road (2 1/4 acres) which Sean grabbed with gusto and got to work networking and promoting this sale. Within 3 weeks we had several offers and eventually sold the property above the list price, needless to say I was thrilled! Next, as I was near retirement, Sean had been sending me the listings for up-island waterfront as I had an interest if the right piece could be found. Within a month or two Sean called to say there was a nice piece of waterfront in Comox that may interest me. I looked on the website and immediately, with my wife, drove to Comox to view and were very interested (1 1/4 acres, south-facing walk on waterfront). We began negotiations with the owners and Sean worked very hard with the listing agent to convince the owners that our offer was the one for them......result SOLD 1 week!!. Now I needed to sell my Oak Bay uplands property and Sean and John were in Nanaimo, no worries we will drive down and make it happen they said, which they did in 3 weeks in a very tight market for an excellent price. We were thrilled. Sean, John and last but not least their "girl Friday" Laura we terrific and exremely professional and effective in all dealings I have had with the team. I would not hesitate to recommend this team for any real estate transactions I was contemplating....they are THE BEST!!!
